At Kibbe's Firewood, our mission is to provide our customers with the highest quality firewood, while also promoting sustainability and responsible forestry practices. We believe that everyone deserves to have a warm and cozy fire, and we are dedicated to making that a reality for our customers.

Recycled wood may sound like second hand scraps, and to some degree, it is.  It's wood that has been discarded from other processes and headed for a landfill. We recycle this wood in an attempt to reduce the amount of new wood that needs to be cut. Why cut virgin wood when there is plenty of material that we can reprocess and kiln dry to give you the easiest to light, coziest fire there is? It costs a little more to reclaim, clean and kiln dry, but our planet is worth it and we think you would agree.

There are many options for sealing boxes, such as tapes, glues, staples, and straps. We chose to use the smallest amount of tape possible and outlined the tape area to make it clear how much to use. We minimize all of our packaging resources to help save the planet. Additionally, our inks are water-based, which is the most environmentally friendly option available.
